Returns & Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not include items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Due to the nature of the items being made to order, custom orders, license plates frames, and tumblers are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Due to the nature of the license plate frames, we cannot accept returns or refunds on license plate frames for any reason. Please be aware of your laws and the size of your license plate.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that were lost in transit by the mail carrier service. Please note that once a package has been scanned into the post office, it is out of our hands and we, unfortunately, do not control what happens afterward.
If a package has been lost in transit by any mail carrier service please first:
- -Check with neighbors to see if they have received your package on accident
- -Contact your local Postmaster to see what may have happened to your package
- -Wait a few days to see if anything shows up in case your package was marked by mistake
If after all of these you still cannot locate your package, please email customcraftsbymichelle1@gmail.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not include items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customcraftsbymichelle1@gmail.com
Cancellations
Due to the nature of being made to order, custom orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Due to the nature of being made to order, license plates and tumblers are not eligible for cancellation.
We also reserve the right to refuse cancellations at any time for any reason.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If, for any reason, your package is returned to sender, we are not responsible for shipping costs to ship the package to you again. You must cover the cost of shipping your package again.
